I've always been keen on the idea of 'foraging for food', but often stop short of committing fully to the consumption of anything that I have identified - I guess I don't trust my ID skills enough!
However, a combination of:
have given me the confidence to attempt to forage and (the brave part!) consume what I find, so join me in this second monthly instalment of what I hope will be a series that I can continue throughout the year.
